Multis provides financial services for companies holding euros, dollars, and cryptocurrencies. We're building the best crypto wallet designed for businesses who need to scale, move fast, make the most of their crypto and fiat currencies.

Weā€™re on an exciting mission to deliver radically transparent financial services to companies through cryptocurrencies, and shape a global and borderless economy with them.

We're a team of happy and passionate crypto-dreamers: Thibaut (CEO) and Greg (CTO), with backing from world-class US and European investors like Y Combinator, Coinbase Ventures, White Star Capital and eFounders. The company is incorporated in San Francisco but we're working from Paris and Europe for now.

Job Description


At Multis, you'll be recruiting talents to help us build an entirely new product based on cryptocurrency. You must have the appetite to take on a challenging yet crucial mission: find the right people to get this new technology mainstream for business.

Business banking sucks. It should not. So we're rebuilding it from scratch with cryptocurrency, and that's your chance to create a team of A-players who'll try to revolutionize the old and dusty banking industry.

ā›³ Responsibilities

  • Handle the full cycle recruiting process from screening to candidates closing
  • ReviewĀ incoming resumes and interview screen candidates to identify the top candidates and then connect viable candidates with the hiring managers.
  • DevelopĀ and executeĀ creative outbound candidate recruiting strategy by leveraging a number of communications methods...
  • Create a first-class candidate experience through recruitment efforts, personalized communication, timely feedback, and interviewer communication and preparedness
  • Evaluate and invest in tools and technology that put our candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams in the best position to succeed from a recruiting perspective
  • Implement best-in-class people management practices
  • Increase team well-being by promoting psychological safety at work, by creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Preferred Experience

  • You haveĀ 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting experienceĀ in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • English professional proficiency
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and also emotional intelligence (a proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy).
  • You have excellent organization and data-driven project management skills
  • You are passionate about joining a company that is pioneering the future of business banking
  • You genuinely love hunting down the best candidate for the job and selling them on the opportunity
  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage many parallel processes going on at the same time
  • Comfortable working in a small team with high velocity and autonomy
  • Appetite to learn fast in an ever-changing crypto/fintech environment
